This policy explains what information Outdoor Game Courts ("we," "us") collects through this website and by phone, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you request a quote or ask a question, we collect your name, ZIP code, phone number and/or email, court type, timing, and anything you write in the message box.
- Phone calls. When you call our number, we record the calling number, the general location your phone carrier reports, the call time and length, and whether the call was answered. If you leave a voicemail, we keep the recording.
- How you found us. On your first visit we store a cookie noting where you came from (for example, a search engine or an ad), the page you landed on, and any campaign tags in the link. We attach this to your request so we know which pages and channels are working.
- Usage data. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location.
How we use it
- To answer your question and prepare your quote.
- To follow up about your project by phone, text, or email.
- To understand which pages and channels bring in requests, and to improve the site.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Court contractors. To prepare your quote and do the work, we share your request with the one vetted, independent court contractor we match you with. They may contact you directly about your project.
- Service providers that run this website and our lead handling on our behalf:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail for storing and routing requests; Google Analytics, if enabled)
- Twilio (phone number, call routing, and voicemail)
- Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies
We use one first-party cookie to remember how you found the site (kept for up to 90 days). Google Analytics, if enabled, sets its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and call records as long as needed to answer you, follow up on your project, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and mention "privacy request" in the message. We will also ask the contractor we shared it with to delete it.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
