Why we exist
Court questions deserve straight answers
Pickleball has taken off along the Gulf Coast. Families want backyard courts, HOAs want to convert old tennis courts, and churches and schools want space for kids to play.
But it's hard to find clear local answers. How much room do you need? Concrete or asphalt? What will the HOA say? What does a court here really cost? Most of what you find online is written for somewhere else.
